Topic: Crowd Control and Evacuation Plans

When planning and facilitating meetings, conferences, training events and any event really, many considerations should be ever present in the minds of planners and suppliers. What is the anticipated crowd size? Have you considered all the angles when planning a large event? What are all the things that could go terribly wrong? During this presentation the attendee will become familiar with factors and situations that will demand they be prepared. With over 30 years in event planning experience, Angela Mens-Eastman, brings some suggestions for policies and procedures that will ultimately help event planners, supplier, businesses and the residents who are affected by large events in the community.

Presented by: Angela Mens-Eastman, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator/Event Planner
